We’re on the lookout for a motivated Mid Level Account or Project Manager to join our close-knit creative studio, someone who’s passionate about great ideas, enjoys working with good people, and is excited to grow their career across a mix of well-known brands and down-to-earth B2B clients. This role is perfect for someone building confidence in their craft. You might not have seen it all yet, but you’re eager to continue developing, ready to take ownership, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team where everyone supports each other and gets stuck in.
You’ll already have some experience in an agency or studio environment and be comfortable managing day-to-day client relationships and projects, with support from the wider team. You’re organised, curious, and keen to develop your skills across the full project lifecycle. You’ve got a good eye for ideas and an instinct for what works, but you’re also open to feedback and enjoy shaping work alongside creatives and senior team members. You’re happy to speak up, ask questions, and keep things moving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and building strong relationships with a mix of brand-led and B2B clients
- Managing projects from brief through to delivery, with guidance where needed
- Working closely with designers and creatives to bring ideas to life
- Assisting with proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Keeping projects on track, timelines, budgets, and communication
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in an agency, studio, or marketing environment
- A solid understanding of marketing and branding basics
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- A clear, friendly communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
- A positive, proactive team player who enjoys learning and developing
You’ll have exposure to a range of channels, digital, social, print and more—and start to build your understanding of things like UX, CX, tone of voice, and channel selection. Most importantly, you’ll care about doing great work and being part of a team that takes pride in what they create. You will need a current UK driving license. This is a full time office based role. This role could suit someone based in or around Suffolk or Essex, and may also work for candidates in Norfolk who are happy to commute. Locations might include Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Chelmsford, Braintree, or Stowmarket.
