Our client Promotion Line who we've worked with exclusively over the years, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented,
Junior to Midweight Creative Artworker to join their busy in-house creative team on a
12–15 month fixed-term maternity cover contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a small fast-paced agency side studio.
You'll be working alongside a small experienced and talented team, you'll help deliver a wide variety of print and digital projects for established brands, where you can use your skills and experience across multiple disciplines and projects.
The Company and The Role
As part of the Promotion Line team, you'll be responsible for creating, adapting and preparing artwork for production across a diverse range of projects.
You'll work closely with your direct report and senior colleagues to ensure artwork is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.
Some of the projects may include
- Print and packaging artwork
- Advertising and digital banner production if you have those skills
- Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Event and exhibition graphics
- Marketing and promotional collateral
- Brand and campaign support materials
- Artwork adaptation across multiple formats and media
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience within a creative artwork, graphic design, print or in-house studio environment (commercial experience, internships or relevant placements all considered)
- A good working knowledge of
- Adobe Creative Suite , particularly In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing accurate, high-quality artwork
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment
- Confidence working within brand guidelines
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with digital assets, motion graphics or other creative production skills would be an advantage, but is not essential.

- Expected start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: Approximately 12–15 months - there may be a possibility of the role becoming a temporary or permanent whether full or part time at the end of the contract.

100% office-based role on-site at Promotion Line in Thorington Street Nr Colchester. Due to the collaborative nature of the studio and production processes, home or hybrid working is not available.
