We're looking for an experienced AccountManager from a marketing, creative or integrated agency, ideally someone who has worked with estate agency, residential property, property marketing or PropTech focused clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative Estate agency, property, property developer and PropTech focused marketing agency business where you'll utilize your agency account management skills in a client-facing internal role, helping shape and deliver clients integrated marketing and communications activity for market-leading digital products serving and the estate agency and property sector.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and acting as the central point of contact between marketing, commercial and product teams. You'll bring the pace, organisation and commercial thinking typically developed within an agency environment while applying it within a collaborative in-house team.
The Role
Working with an agency-side team, and for an in-house marketing team, you'll lead and coordinate a broad range of integrated marketing projects spanning digital campaigns, content creation, print production, events, communications and performance data reporting.
Acting as an internal Account Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand objectives, develop marketing plans and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to consistently high standards.
A good understanding of the UK estate agency, residential property or PropTech sector is important, enabling you to appreciate client needs, market trends and the wider commercial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as the primary creative and digital account management contact for multiple client business areas.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, content, events and communications.
- Brief and manage creative projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and to agreed objectives.
- Oversee the production of brochures, sales collateral and other printed marketing materials.
- Support copywriting and content creation across multiple marketing channels.
- Coordinate exhibitions, industry events, webinars and wider stakeholder engagement activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Monitor campaign performance, producing reports, insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
- Analyse website and app performance using GA4 and event-based analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement and campaign performance.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Executive or Client Services professional within a marketing, creative, branding or integrated agency.
- Experience managing estate agency, residential property, property marketing or PropTech clients would be highly advantageous.
- A solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and communications.
- Experience managing print production and marketing collateral.
- Excellent copywriting, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience organising events, exhibitions or industry engagement activities.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- An understanding of website and app analytics, including event-based reporting.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
