You will act as an internal account lead, partnering with business teams to develop and deliver effective marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives.

The Role

As part of our in-house marketing function, you will work across a wide range of campaigns and projects, from digital marketing and content creation to print production, events, and performance reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of the rental, estates, and wider property sector, alongside the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a key marketing contact across the business.
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and corporate communications.
  • Coordinating design and production of brochures, marketing collateral, and other printed materials.
  • Supporting content development and copywriting across a range of channels.
  • Managing events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Interpreting website and app performance data, including event-based analytics datasets.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Client Services, or similar marketing role.
  • Previous experience within the rental, estates, property, housing, or related sectors.
  • Agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, design, digital communications, and campaign management.
  • Experience overseeing print design and brochure production.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Event planning and management experience.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Familiarity with web and app analytics and event-based data models.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

What We're Looking For

  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
  • Highly organised, accountable, and delivery-focused.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Commercially aware with a genuine interest in the rental and estates sector.

Package

  • Salary c. £50,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement (2–3 days remote, 1–2 days office-based)
  • Opportunity to work on a diverse range of marketing, communications, digital, and event-led projects
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment
