Event Manager – Client Events and Property Industry Marketing

Are you an Event Manager who understands how live industry events can build brand presence, create meaningful audience engagement and support wider marketing campaigns?

Do you enjoy combining the detail of event delivery with the insight, creativity and commercial thinking needed to keep client brands visible, fresh and relevant all year round?

Our client, a specialist property marketing agency, is looking for a confident and proactive Event Manager to manage client event activity at property industry events across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who can deliver high-quality event experiences while also using data, marketing insight and lessons from previous activity to improve future campaigns and strengthen each client’s presence in the market.

THE ROLE

You will manage ongoing event activity throughout the year, helping clients promote their brand, services and proposition at the right property industry events.

You will be responsible for ensuring each event presence is well planned, well executed and connected to the client’s wider B2B and B2C marketing activity.

This is a role for someone who sees events as more than a moment in time.

You will review what worked, what did not and what can be improved, using attendee data, lead insight, campaign performance and client feedback to shape future activity.

You will keep event content and brand presence fresh, agile and engaging, while helping clients build lasting interest with relevant audiences.

  • WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Managing client event presence at property industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events and sector forums.
  • Building and maintaining a year-round event activity plan that keeps clients visible and relevant.
  • Working with clients to understand their brand, audience, service proposition and commercial objectives.
  • Planning event messaging, engagement activity, hospitality, collateral, stands, meetings, speakers and on-site brand activation.
  • Using attendee data, campaign insight and post-event learnings to improve future events and marketing activity.
  • Supporting accurate, targeted B2B and B2C campaigns before, during and after events.
  • Working with marketing, creative, digital, data and sales teams to turn event outcomes into useful campaign and audience insight.
  • Managing suppliers, venues, logistics, risk planning, insurance, hospitality and event budgets.
  • Reporting on event success, lead quality, audience engagement, campaign performance and recommendations for what comes next.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have experience managing client-facing events, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences or industry event programmes.
  • You bring marketing skills in equal measure and understand how events support broader campaign activity.
  • You are confident using data and post-event insight to improve audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • You can work autonomously while keeping clients, suppliers and internal teams aligned.
  • You are organised, agile and comfortable managing multiple events and campaign priorities across the year.
  • You understand how to keep recurring event activity fresh, interesting and commercially relevant.
  • You may have experience in property, estate agency, real estate, built environment, B2B marketing or agency settings, although this is not essential.

WHY APPLY?

  • Join a specialist agency working with clients in the property and real estate sectors.
  • Take ownership of event-led brand presence, not just event logistics.
  • Combine events, marketing, data and campaign insight in a varied year-round role.
  • Help clients stay visible, relevant and engaging at key industry moments.
  • Use learnings from each event to shape smarter, sharper and more effective future campaigns.

To apply

Please submit your CV and a short note outlining your experience managing client events, exhibitions or brand activations, as well as examples of how you have used event insight or data to improve future marketing campaigns.
