Solution Architect – London Market Messaging Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office Salary: Up to £105,000 + 20% bonus The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong London Market messaging and industry experience to take ownership of a unique and highly visible architecture function. This is much more than a traditional Integration Architect position. The successful candidate will become the dedicated owner of an area providing significant scope to shape the function, influence the wider technology landscape and make a genuine impact across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Take ownership of the solution architecture function across a key area of the business. Define and shape architectural direction within a significant transformation programme. Work closely with business and technology stakeholders across the UK and wider organisation. Apply strong knowledge of London Market messaging and industry standards to architectural solutions. Help shape and deliver solutions across a complex technology landscape. Provide architectural leadership and ensure solutions align with wider enterprise strategy. Influence stakeholders and drive architectural decisions across the organisation. What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will be an experienced Solution Architect rather than a pure Integration Architect, with a strong understanding of the London Market. You’ll need: Strong Solution Architecture experience. Significant London Market messaging and industry experience. Strong experience across the core technical and architectural requirements of the role. The ability to work across business and technology teams and influence senior stakeholders. Experience designing and delivering solutions within complex transformation environments. A strong understanding of integration and messaging, while being comfortable operating beyond a purely integration-focused remit.
