The Role: Engine AI’s Presales / Solutions Consultants sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, domain expertise, and technical execution. You are responsible for shaping and winning complex solution opportunities – translating Engine AI’s Intelligence Engine into compelling, client-specific narratives grounded in measurable outcomes. Working closely with Account Executives, you lead discovery, solution architecture, and value articulation across enterprise sales cycles, ensuring every engagement lands with clarity and conviction.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Account Executives to shape, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities through rigorous discovery and solution leadership.
- Lead detailed discovery engagements to map client workflows, data ecosystems, and decision-making processes, identifying high-value use cases and clear paths to measurable impact.
- Design and articulate tailored solution architectures that align Engine AI’s Intelligence Engine with defined business outcomes, including revenue growth, client engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory assurance.
- Deliver high-impact, hypothesis-led demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements that clearly evidence Engine AI’s differentiation and measurable impact.
- Position Engine AI’s core advantages with precision: domain-specific intelligence, explainability, transparent AI, rapid deployment, and enterprise-grade security.
- Engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, by connecting technical capabilities to strategic and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to reflect market requirements and refine solution capabilities in line with client demand.
- Lead technical contributions to RFPs, due diligence processes, and security and compliance evaluations.
- Ensure continuity from presales to delivery through clear definition of scope, success metrics, and implementation assumptions.
What You Bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or financial data and technology environments.
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets workflows, including market data, research, client and advisor workflows, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to map complex data ecosystems and translate them into scalable, client-ready solution architectures.
- Strong track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles through structured discovery, tailored demonstrations, and value-based solutioning.
- Ability to communicate complex AI, data, and analytics concepts with clarity and precision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, data platforms, and workflow automation, particularly in regulated environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to anchor technical solutions in measurable business impact and ROI.
- High ownership and intellectual rigour, with the ability to challenge assumptions and elevate both client and internal thinking.
