About Engine AI

Our solutions combine a domain-trained data graph, precision analytics, and persona‑specific AI workflows, trusted by leading Capital Markets firms including S&P Global, KX, RavenPack, National Bank of Canada, PwC, FXCM, JP Morgan, and Interactive Investors.
The Role
This Implementation Lead role is foundational to Engine AI’s delivery capability, responsible for coordinating and executing complex analytics and AI projects into financial services clients with exacting requirements and high expectations. You will serve as the primary client contact on key programmes, ensuring transparency, timely delivery, and the highest standards of client satisfaction as we build a reputation for operational excellence and results‑driven partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary client‑facing lead for complex implementation programmes – ensuring all stakeholders (client and internal) are aligned on deliverables, milestones, technical dependencies, and risk management at all times.
- Translate technical and engineering roadmap input into clear, actionable client deliverables and project plans with measurable outcomes.
- Work cross‑functionally with VP and Director‑level client teams, and Engine AI’s own product and engineering leaders – defining and managing project scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria in rigorous partnership with all parties.
- Own the escalations process – pre‑emptively identifying blockers and raising them at the right level (including C‑suite if needed) to avoid surprises and maintain delivery certainty.
- Build and maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and communication – ensuring senior client stakeholders always know status, next steps, and accountability.
- Drive cross‑team enablement, including training, process documentation, and change management with client and SI / internal partner resources as needed.
What You Bring
- Fluent in sell‑side and buy‑side use cases for Capital Markets data across Equities, Fixed Income, and Crypto – with a clear understanding of what Research Analysts, Wealth Advisors, and Retail Investors need from market intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience as an implementation or project lead, managing multi‑workstream technology, data, or AI projects in client‑facing environments.
- Comfortable operating with senior and executive client stakeholders – capable of translating technical concepts and roadmap decisions into business‑aligned actions and deliverables.
- Pre‑emptive in your leadership style – known for actively highlighting and resolving potential roadblocks early, escalating with clarity and diplomacy when needed.
- Clear and concise in both written and verbal communications – able to bring clarity to ambiguity, and confidence to clients and internal teams alike.
- Eager to define best practices, working methods, and culture for a first‑of‑its‑kind team at Engine AI – a builder as well as an operator.
- Experience co‑delivering complex implementations alongside system integrators or internal customer teams. (Nice to have)
