What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Technical Analysis: Own and evolve our Technical Business Analysis Framework, ensuring alignment with best practices and emerging technologies.
- Deliver High-Quality Artefacts: Develop and assure technical documentation including process maps (BPMN), data models (ERD, DFD), and system models (UML).
- Champion QA & Compliance: Apply structured quality assurance to ensure consistency and compliance across internal teams and partners.
- Engage & Influence: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and transformation to shape solution design and change readiness.
- Explore New Tech: Support the adoption of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CRM systems (Salesforce), and energy industry tools (Junifer, AFMS).
- Mentor & Empower: Lead a team of analysts, providing coaching and training on tools like Jira, Confluence, Blueworks, and Visio
What You'll Bring
- Strong technical background in IT systems, software development life cycles, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in modelling techniques and tools (BPMN, UML, ERD, DFD)
- Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management frameworks
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing analyst teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or transformation roles within IT or energy sectors.
- Desirable certifications: IIBA, ISEB, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Change Management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT and business change projects.
