In this role you defend ENGIE’s hydro assets by strengthening cyber security across IT and OT environments.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to implement controls, detect and respond to incidents, and support secure configurations and testing.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of cyber security controls across IT and OT environments
- Assist with security incident detection, investigation, and response activities
- Conduct vulnerability management activities including scanning and remediation tracking
- Support deployment of security solutions such as MFA, endpoint protection, privileged access management, and monitoring tools
- Assist with secure configuration of equipment and participate in security testing and validation activities
- Deliver small projects within agreed timescales and contribute to IT strategy and investment plans
- Provide first-line technical support and guidance on cyber security best practices
- Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computing, or Electronic Engineering
- Hands-on experience maintaining cyber security controls in operational environments
- Good knowledge of cyber security principles, especially Industrial Cyber Security and OT environments
- Familiarity with Windows PC and Server, networking protocols, and Android device configuration
- Understanding of power industry operations and IT systems support processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multifunctional teams
