Overview
In this role you will lead the governance and rollout of KKS Plant Identification for First Hydro Company, ensuring a single source of truth for asset data.
You will coordinate cross-site rollouts, supervise contractor deliverables, and drive data quality in asset information platforms.
You’ll chair governance meetings, perform detailed checks on P&IDs and BOMs, and deliver training to staff and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Lead governance and oversight of KKS Plant Identification across First Hydro Company and act as primary contact for KKS-related queries
- Own and maintain the master KKS listing as the single source of truth and ensure approved updates are applied
- Lead KKS roll-out across Ffestiniog and Dinorwig, coordinating with site teams and contractors
- Chair KKS governance meetings, manage document reviews with Main Contractor, and record decisions/actions
- Perform quality checks on KKS data and technical documents (P&IDs, BOMs, equipment lists) and resolve gaps
- Update KKS procedures and governance documentation following changes
- Deliver KKS training and awareness sessions to staff, contractors, and stakeholders and capture lessons learned
- Key requirements
- Degree in an engineering discipline with practical experience in a power station or similar environment
- Proven experience applying or governing KKS or similar asset-identification systems
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and documents (P&IDs, device lists, BOMs)
- Experience coordinating contractor deliverables and leading document reviews
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interrogate large asset data sets
- Strong communication and influencing skills for technical discussions with contractors and senior stakeholders
