About the Programme
Our graduate programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the energy management landscape at ENGIE. The role provides excellent development opportunities and is accountable for market analysis, business development, and preparation of various types of financial information for internal and external stakeholders. Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments including:
- Trading/Origination
- Global Market Analysis
- Back Office Finance
Host departments may include Flex Gen Batteries, Renewable Gases UK and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support business development and strategic decision-making.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the energy sector.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present various types of financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with different departments, including Trading/Origination, Global Market Analysis, and Back Office Finance, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the energy management landscape.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute knowledge and ideas towards the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the organisation.
