  • Implement and oversee procurement IS & digital transformation initiatives, including the Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) programme.
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Group rules and policies.
  • Own and manage UK Procurement KPI dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholder meetings.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement to support ENGIE's carbon neutrality ambitions.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead communication, change management, and knowledge sharing activities to foster collaboration and adoption of procurement strategic guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a Master's degree or CIPS qualification preferred.
  • 10+ years of functional experience across procurement processes, excellence, and e-procurement systems.
  • Proven track record in establishing and monitoring procurement KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in complex data analysis.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools including ERP systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office applications.
