As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving complex engineering projects that contribute to our mission of accelerating the transition towards a carbon‑neutral world.
Summary Of What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate multiple EPC / Engineering contracts to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards with precision
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Provide leadership in Health and Safety management, adhering to company standards
- Interface with other projects and work groups to coordinate activities effectively
- Oversee the transfer of physical assets and relevant information during project execution and close‑out
- Promote active learning and continuous improvement through return on experience activities
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Project management qualification such as APM Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional
- IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH General Certificate
- Extensive experience in managing complex contracts in an engineering design and construction environment
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams for new build or refurbishment engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of power generation or heavy engineering industry
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to build respect and create a sense of community among team members
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills

This is a site based role in Llanberis, Gwynedd, North Wales.
