  • Ensuring industry obligations, regulatory requirements and performance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration, influence outcomes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Supporting the business transition to Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS), ensuring operational readiness, process adaptation and successful delivery of metering-related activities.
  • Taking ownership of meter portfolio optimisation, using data and insight to improve overall portfolio performance and support wider business objectives.
  • Driving improvements in meter read and data collection performance, increasing dialling success rates and ensuring meters are consistently providing quality data.
  • Leading initiatives to improve meter health across the portfolio, identifying risks, trends and opportunities to maximise data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and customers to promote the migration from traditional metering technologies to advanced and smart metering solutions where appropriate.
  • Providing meaningful insight and reporting on portfolio performance, meter health, operational risks and emerging trends to support strategic decision making.
  • Supporting business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring operational impacts are understood and effectively managed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Developing future capability through succession planning, skills development and cross-training opportunities.
  • Monitoring operational performance and using data-driven insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
