- Taking ownership of meter portfolio optimisation, using data and insight to improve overall portfolio performance and support wider business objectives.
- Driving improvements in meter read and data collection performance, increasing dialling success rates and ensuring meters are consistently providing quality data.
- Leading initiatives to improve meter health across the portfolio, identifying risks, trends and opportunities to maximise data quality and operational efficiency.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and customers to promote the migration from traditional metering technologies to advanced and smart metering solutions where appropriate.
- Providing meaningful insight and reporting on portfolio performance, meter health, operational risks and emerging trends to support strategic decision making.
- Supporting business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring operational impacts are understood and effectively managed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
- Developing future capability through succession planning, skills development and cross-training opportunities.
- Monitoring operational performance and using data-driven insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
