About the role
ENGIE are recruiting for an Account Manager, a Hybrid role with a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying new opportunities and deliver high service to customers.
- Contribute to team and sales department targets.
- Be the face of ENGIE for customers and prospects.
- Act as a Lead Key Account Manager when required.
- Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings.
- Build structured relationships with key TPIs and prospects.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring market-leading service.
Key Requirements
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships in the UK industrial and commercial energy supply sector.
- Developed experience of sales process and techniques.
- Previous industry experience (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of the UK Energy Market and complex products.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
