We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship production-grade, full-stack AI products.

You will work hands-on, end-to-end, and fast.

You will be one of the strongest builders on the team.

You will use AI-assisted coding tools as your primary development approach.

This is a hands‑on engineering role, not a management one.

You will own significant pieces of delivery.

You will help lift the engineers around you through example, code review, and mentorship.

Your main responsibilities include

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI‑powered features and services, from scoping through production.
• Write, review, and ship high‑quality code daily.
• Make pragmatic architecture and technology decisions.
• Integrate large language models, machine learning pipelines, and AI agents into products reliably.
• Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows as your primary development method.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI tooling to improve speed and quality.
• Prototype rapidly, ship early, learn fast, and iterate with short feedback loops.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns through pairing sessions and code review.
• Champion testing, observability, and maintainability alongside delivery speed.

• You are fluent in several technologies across Python, . NET, Java, and React.
• You ramp quickly on new languages and frameworks.
• You are comfortable working across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

London, Broadgate Tower — Central London. Two days a week in‑office, three days remote.
