As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you will be the go-to technology partner for teams across ENGIE UK.
You will make sure our people have secure, reliable tools to work from any location.
Your support directly helps the teams building a cleaner energy future.
- - Provide high-quality remote and on-site technical support across ENGIE UK.
- - Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timeframes.
- - Diagnose and fix complex issues across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
- - Support audio-visual systems and meeting room technology.
- - Manage endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune.
- - Handle device setup, compliance checks, software deployment and asset retirement.

- - You are familiar with hardware asset tracking and configuration management.
- - You understand basic cyber security principles for end-user environments.
