The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial customers, delivering a market-leading, customer-centric experience throughout the contract lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, I&C TPIs, and internal stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities.

Support Business Development Managers with contract renewals, new site additions, and gas and electricity supply requests.

Coordinate the sales and contract process, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight-led service delivery.

Attend external customer meetings and internal operational meetings to drive collaboration and service excellence.

Ensure accurate customer and contract onboarding in line with defined processes and risk frameworks.

Resolve contract disputes efficiently, meeting internal SLAs and customer contractual commitments.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Solid experience managing an I&C portfolio within the UK energy supply sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK energy market, including flexible gas and electricity supply contracts and traded products.
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer and TPI relationships with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification and a valid UK driving licence.
  • A results-focused, self-motivated approach with high attention to detail and commercial acumen.

Location: Hybrid working arrangement based from our Leeds Office. You will combine remote working with regular travel to customer sites and ENGIE offices as required.
