Overview
In this Revenue Accountant role, you ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, invoices and revenue in the EMEA region, aligning with company policies and accounting regulations. You will handle end-to-end order-to-cash activities and revenue recognition, reporting to the Revenue Supervisor in a hybrid setup. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and manage month-end reconciliations. This is a chance to contribute to a scalable finance process within a global software group.

Responsibilities
- Process orders and invoices accurately and submit to customers
- Recognise revenue per policy and regulations
- Handle order entry, billing queries and revenue-related inquiries
- Reconcile month-end reports and manage deferred revenue balances
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Key requirements
- 3–5 years in order processing, invoicing and revenue for software/IT products
- Experience in customer order entry and billing for IT/Tech company
- Proven invoicing and revenue recognition experience for software products
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to process large volumes and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills across departments
- Experience with or knowledge of Great Plains (desirable)
