At Engenda Group, we support major names in the process, energy, and manufacturing sectors through engineering, design and construction services.
You’ll be joining the group recruitment team, working closely with Lee Lovekin, our Recruitment Manager, and Ben Crichton, Labour Manager to help us find, support and mobilise talent across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate recruitment for engineering and site-based roles
- Contact applicants by phone to screen and check availability
- Manage interviews, onboarding, and candidate communication
- Plan and coordinate multiple projects with the labour manager
- Track and update compliance across multiple projects
