Project HSE Manager: Engenda are looking to recruit an experienced Project HSE Manager to join one of the UK's largest Energy from Waste construction projects in North London.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity on a major project, offering stability, a strong project team, and the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure scheme.
We're looking for someone who is confident operating on a busy construction site, can build positive relationships with both client and contractor teams, and is passionate about driving high standards of safety performance.
What you'll be doing: Leading health, safety and environmental activities across the project Supporting operational teams to deliver work safely and efficiently Conducting audits, inspections and investigations where required Promoting a proactive safety culture across all levels of the workforce Working closely with client representatives and project management teams Driving continuous improvement and best practice throughout the project lifecycle What we're looking for: Previous experience as a HSE Manager on major construction, industrial or energy projects NEBOSH qualification Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and site safety management Experience working within engineering, power generation, process, energy or heavy industrial environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with everyone from operatives through to senior management Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
