Lead Process Engineer Permanent
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and take charge of the process division and help lead the growth and development over the coming years. You will be working alongside our senior leadership team as we push to deliver some of the biggest and best projects in our industry. You will be leading teams across multiple projects and across 2 offices as well as still being involved in engineering work yourself.
Day to day management of the process engineering team within our EPC division.
- Management / oversight of the process engineering design work across multiple projects. Working alongside the senior EPC leadership team to drive engineering standards, lead projects, report on performance / progress and win additional work.
- Interact and develop client relationships for your discipline as well as coordinating with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors across projects.
- Day to day process design engineering
Degree qualified – chemical engineering, preferably with chartered status.
- 10+ years experience within chemical process engineering.
- Experience of managing a team and projects. Competitive base salary dependent on experience.
