Are you an Assistant Project Manager looking for a new Outside IR35 contract for 2026? This role is based on an Energy from Waste project in London, offering good hours, strong take home pay, and hands-on experience on a major new build.
You’ll be working directly alongside the Project Manager, acting as their eyes and ears on site, staying mobile, visible, and fully across what’s happening day to day. This is a chance to be involved in a large, complex project where you’ll learn fast, take responsibility, and build experience that will carry real weight.
You will:
- Act as the onsite link between the Senior Project Manager and the wider project team
- Be highly mobile across the project, monitoring progress and activities
- Feed back accurate, real-time information from site
- Support programme, planning, and coordination of works
- Identify issues early and help drive solutions
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and site teams
You will be working on an 11 on 3 off working pattern, working 11 hours per day. This isn’t a job for someone chasing work-life balance. It is a job for someone who wants to put in the hours and earn good money over the long term.
You will have a hotel provided for you with a kitchen, collected every morning and every evening. There is a meal allowance for every day, as well as things like parking or trains.
