Are you an electrician looking for long term work with loads of hours? Are you sick of working contract to contract, looking for a new job constantly, and instead want to just keep earning constantly? Engenda Group are currently looking for electricians for an 18 month contract in North London on a new build Energy from Waste. Start dates: October, November, December, January - Perfect if you are on a contract and want to line your next one up.
There is a huge amount of travelling labour on this job; digs haven't been as big of an issue as we originally thought it would be. You will be working 11 days on / 3 days off - Long travel weekend every 4 weeks. You will be on 10.5 hour days, 8 hours on the weekend.
Pay & Benefits
- PAYE Blue Book Contract
- £23.45 basic
- £32.83 Overtime 1
- £42.21 Overtime 2+
- £1.50 per hour London Uplift+
- £2.37 per hour bonus+
- £83.79 lodge (paid 14 days for 11 days worked)

- JIB Gold card
- Experience working on similar heavy industrial construction projects
Additional Information
- You are looking at roughly £85k a year.
- It is a heavily unionised blue book site, so PAYE blue book only.
- Digs are not as bad as we thought they would be; we have had 100 mech on there this year, and we expected more problems than we got.
- Drug test on the first day.
- Approved and non-approved are paid the same.
