Join the team of an amazing restaurant, bar & events space, Engel & Jang, situated in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our front-of-house and reservations operations. The ideal candidate will be a professional, highly organized, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing the reception, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth operations across all guest touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reception and reservations operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and manage reception and reservations staff to maintain efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Manage all bookings, enquiries, and guest communications across multiple channels.
