Jang, located on the mezzanine of the Royal Exchange in the City of London, is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to take ownership of our pastry offering, specialising in luxury afternoon tea and refined desserts.
You will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef, run the pastry section independently, and occasionally support our Kensington production kitchen to ensure consistency and exceptional presentation.
