Jang on the mezzanine of the Royal Exchange in London is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to own the pastry section and deliver luxury afternoon tea pastries with precision and aesthetic flair.
You will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef, produce an exceptional range of pastries, cakes and petits fours, and, when required, support the Kensington production kitchen while upholding the highest food-safety and presentation standards.
