Jang, located on the mezzanine of the Royal Exchange in the City of London, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to run a designated kitchen section with leadership and independence. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, train junior chefs and ensure every dish leaving the pass reflects quality, flavour and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
