Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Engaging Education, you will work on a wide variety of visual communication material, from brand identity and print materials to digital/web design and large-scale interior projects. As part of the design team, your role will be to help visually elevate brand and marketing materials for a wide variety of clients, enabling you to utilise and build on your creative talents.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise internally with Projects and Partnership Managers and communicate externally with clients where appropriate, to understand and deliver project and client needs.
- Work with team members to develop design concepts and ideas.
- Deliver exciting and engaging design solutions with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Confidently present concepts, internally & to clients, with visual presentations that effectively communicate design solutions.
- Articulate design decisions well and offer constructive feedback for other creatives in the team.
- Contribute new design ideas and creative thinking.
- Manage time and multiple projects effectively within your schedule.
- Offer positive support and feedback for other designers.
- Consistently demonstrate the Engaging Education values both internally and externally.
- Ensure high levels of communication across all internal and external networks.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Design role.
- Confident using the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.
- An exciting portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects across layout & long-format, brand identity, social & digital application, and print materials.
- A desire to create work that has a positive impact.
- The capability to take ideas from concept to completion.
- Understanding & interest in current design trends.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and is confident in giving constructive feedback.

- Experience of wider digital tools such as Figma, Canva and Mailchimp.
