Engaging Communities Solutions (ECS) is looking for a passionate and driven Advocacy Manager to lead our advocacy services across Halton and Warrington. About the Role
As Advocacy Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day delivery of our independent advocacy services, including the Halton Advocacy Hub and NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICAS) in Warrington. You’ll lead and support a talented team of advocates, ensure operational excellence, manage referrals and caseloads, and maintain strong partnerships across health, social care, and community sectors. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining service management with a reduced personal caseload.
