The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter, ideally from an agency background to make the transition into an internal talent acquisition function and have real ownership of hiring across the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams across our global offices.
Given the nature of our business, you will have a particular focus on identifying and attracting top-tier sales talent - SDRs, BDMs, Account Executives, and sales leaders across multiple regions. There is also an opportunity to travel to our international offices.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer.
- Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, providing market insight.
- Lead on the recruitment of high-calibre sales professionals, drawing on a strong understanding of what makes a great SDR, BDR, or Account Executive.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key hiring markets.
- Develop and champion EngageTech's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and support international hiring across regions including EMEA.
- Track recruitment metrics and report regularly on hiring activity and pipeline health.
Requirements:
- Proven background in a recruitment agency environment - you know how to move quickly, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and deliver results.
- Experience recruiting sales professionals (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, or similar commercial roles) is highly advantageous.
- Global recruitment experience, with the ability to hire effectively across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong sourcing skills - you're comfortable going direct and building talent pipelines, not just reacting to inbound applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; organised, data-driven, and process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, or sales-led business.
- Familiarity with Workable ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
