Job Title: Publisher Partnerships Manager
Location: 3 days in Bristiol, Manchester or London Office (Mon, Thu, +1 other day), 2 days working from home
Salary Range: £32,000 – £38,000 (plus Company Bonus paid in two instalments, every 6 months)

You’re excited by the idea of developing key partnerships, driving innovation in how we work with publishers (aka affiliates), and supporting the Publisher Director to scale the team’s impact. ABOUT THE ROLE
As Publisher Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a leading role within the Publisher Team, driving growth, innovation, and alignment across our affiliate network. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential affiliates, build strong commercial relationships, and act as a trusted source of insight for internal teams and clients alike.
You’ll be a key connection point between affiliates and our Client Services team, working to surface the best opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration across campaigns. From supporting technical queries to championing innovation, your goal is to elevate how we work with affiliates – both in day-to-day delivery and long-term strategic planning.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Build, grow, and retain strong relationships with a portfolio of affiliate partners across a variety of sectors.
- Regularly engage with affiliates to understand their commercial models, platform capabilities, and growth drivers.
- Organise and host weekly Publisher Presents, networking sessions, and workshops to drive visibility and value across the business.
- Actively support recruitment of new, high-quality affiliates into the network – through proactive outreach and ad-hoc requests from across the business.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted expert on our affiliate partner portfolio, providing insights and guidance to Client Services to ensure that affiliate opportunities are aligned with client campaign needs.
- Collaborate with Account Management to test, trial, and scale affiliate activity across relevant client programmes.
- Support the Publisher Director with driving innovation across team operations, systems, and growth strategy.
- Contribute to affiliate-related events, workshops, and wider business initiatives that promote the partners value.
Operational & Technical Support
- Respond to inbound platform queries and support affiliates through setup, integration, and performance tracking.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to tracking, platform use, and finance in collaboration with our Integration and Finance teams.
- Own and update internal documentation, guides, and affiliate resources to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Commercial Insight & Network Development
- Use Webgains platform data to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis to affiliates.
- Champion process improvements and suggest ways to optimise how we work with affiliate partners at scale.
- Support the delivery of internal projects and workstreams that align with the Publisher Team’s vision and objectives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A confident and strategic communicator with experience in the affiliate industry; preferably experience in managing affiliate relationships.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year experience within the affiliate marketing industry (network, publisher, or client side).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Attention to detail and comfort with technical concepts.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrable experience of following processes whilst being agile where required.
- The drive to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in another European language (preferred Spanish, German, French or Italian)
- Previous experience managing affiliate recruitment or publisher growth strategies.
