EngageMore is supporting Zilch in the search for a Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager to join its growing Card-Linked Offers team.
Location: Victoria London - hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Salary Package: Competitive salary + commission + share options
This role is focused on acquiring, developing and growing relationships with brands, agencies and strategic partners, helping merchants leverage Zilch's customer base and card-linked offer capabilities to drive measurable sales growth.

The Role
You'll play a key role in expanding Zilch's merchant partnership network, identifying new commercial opportunities and helping brands unlock value through card-linked offers and performance-based partnerships. Working closely with internal commercial, marketing and product teams, you'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with brands and agencies whilst driving revenue growth across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with merchant partners
- Identify and secure new brand opportunities
- Work with agencies and strategic partners to expand reach
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
- Drive adoption of Zilch's card-linked offer proposition
- Lead presentations, pitches and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximise partner success
- Monitor market developments across card-linked offers, rewards and commerce media
