Job Title: Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Location: London – hybrid working
Salary Package: £45k – £60k per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with brands, affiliate networks, and agencies in your portfolio
Take charge of delivering positive ROI and driving sales growth within your brand portfolio.
Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets through brand-funded commissions and advertising revenue.
Strategically analyse, monitor, and enhance performance marketing campaigns to achieve your brands\’ growth objectives.
Identify and successfully onboard potential target brands into the portfolio.
Secure competitive deals and exclusive discounts that benefit our customers.
Lead and contribute to impactful presentations for brands, clients, and affiliate networks.
Work closely with internal teams and share valuable insights and knowledge to inspire innovative and long-term platform enhancements.
Required Experience & Skills
Solid experience in a Sales and Partnerships role.
Seasoned negotiator with a solid record of commercial success.
Proven history in Affiliate / Performance Marketing.
Proven ability to forge strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience in direct sales to brands, particularly those with advertising budgets.
