Role Overview
As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and operating of a diverse range of events, both in corporate hospitality and bespoke projects. You will work closely with clients to bring their events to life, with flawless execution. You will support the events team and collaborate with the wider team at Engage. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, with an acute attention to detail; good understanding of budgets and price points; and an ability to continuously multitask. Working in a collaborative atmosphere, you will need to thrive in a fast paced, high‑pressure environment. Managing large volume events, from our portfolio, with as much care and attention as our small, executive level projects.
Responsibilities
- Event Strategy and Planning: Develop event concepts and themes based on client briefs. Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site inspections and select appropriate venues.
- Budgeting: Create, develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions while maintaining high‑quality standards, ongoing budget control with the client and final.
