We’re ENGAGE, the sports and entertainment experts. We create, deliver and source high-quality hospitality, events and travel experiences. With continued growth in our premium motorsport offering, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive to join our Formula 1 sales team and convert customer enquiries into unforgettable F1 hospitality experiences.

As an Inbound Sales Executive – Formula 1, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries from clients interested in luxury Formula 1 hospitality packages across the global race calendar — from Silverstone to Monaco, Miami to Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ sales experience who enjoys consultative selling, delivering excellent customer service, and converting warm leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and CRM
  • Convert warm enquiries into confirmed sales while achieving revenue targets
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM
  • Work closely with marketing and senior sales colleagues on campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Experience handling inbound leads or warm sales enquiries is desirable
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to close sales in a consultative manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal sales environment
