We're hiring for an FP&A Modelling Analyst to support our client with strategic decision-making through high-quality financial modelling and insight. Swindon 3x week in office. £50,000–£65,000 and a c7.5% bonus.
The role:
- Build and maintain models for forecasting, budgeting & scenario analysis
- Deliver insights on performance, risks & opportunities
- Produce reporting, dashboards & analysis
- Support planning cycles and partner with finance stakeholders
- Improve processes using advanced Excel & BI tools
About you:
- Proven FP&A / financial modelling experience
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with stakeholder exposure
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or studying) preferred
Package:
- £50,000–£65,000 and a c7.5% bonus
