Engage Talent Partners are working with our Aberdeen based client to source and recruit a collaborative and proactive Wealth Admin. The company is among the leading firms in Scotland, with decades of experience in financial planning. The company has developed strong relationships with its clients, and you would be joining a team that prioritises this.

You will play a key role in maintaining technical standards and ensuring an efficient and consistent client journey while providing exceptional technical support and high levels of service to assist with the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Prepare and maintain client files; analyse qualitative and quantitative client data, prioritise client needs.
  • Produce suitability reports across a broad range of areas, such as pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Prepare recommendations; undertake research and identify solutions, prepare recommendation reports.
  • Schedule and prepare client reviews, updating cash flow models, performance analysis, production of supporting reports and identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Implement recommendations; prepare suitability letters, complete applications/proposals.
  • Work with other professional advisers e.g. solicitors and accountants to implement an agreed action plan.
  • Undertake research and analysis in preparation of, and for, client requirements and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be FPC qualified or equivalent and have achieved or be working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will have previous experience within a financial services environment as well as having good technical knowledge and sound understanding of the Financial Planning Process. A strong knowledge covering pensions, investments, and cashflow modelling are essential. Familiarity with systems such as Intelliflo Office and FE Analytics is desirable but not essential. Excellent administrative and strong organisational skills would also be particularly beneficial.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will receive an excellent salary package, flexible and hybrid working options as well as a range of other benefits.
