Engage Talent Partners is recruiting a part-time HR Manager based in Aberdeen for an oil and gas client. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee employee relations, salary reviews, recruitment and onboarding, grievances and appraisals, and related HR duties.
The ideal candidate will hold CIPD Level 5, have HR experience and a strong knowledge of employment law, with a degree in HR Management or Psychology. A Master's is desirable but not essential.
