Engage Talent Partners are working with out client to recruit for an IT Support Analyst based in Aberdeen.

The company is undergoing significant growth, offering excellent opportunities for development, training and progression. As a member of an established team, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and optimisation of the ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first line support across various regions.
• Diagnose and resolve systems issues promptly to support end-users effectively.
• Escalate more complex issues to second and third-line support required.
• Assist with user training and documentation on common issues and best practices.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, patches and system testing.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient ERP processes.
• Monitor system performance and report critical issues proactively.
• Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to promote process improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Information Systems and have experience supporting Tier 1 ERP systems, with strong troubleshooting, organisational, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is essential.
