Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to recruit for an Internal Salesperson based in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company experiencing significant local and international growth. You will be responsible for interacting with customers and upselling to increase sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive orders through e-mail and telephone, verify and enter products, explain stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from external sales, marketing and accounts.
- Review and manage open orders and take action including those that may be at risk of not meeting promised delivery dates.
- Report competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Internal sales or a relevant role and be well versed in dealing with customers, and upselling.
