Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to recruit for an Internal Salesperson based in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company experiencing significant local and international growth. You will be responsible for interacting with customers and upselling to increase sales. Receive orders through e-mail and telephone, verify and enter products, explain stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from external sales, marketing and accounts. Review and manage open orders and take action including those that may be at risk of not meeting promised delivery dates. Report competitive pricing and customer feedback to management. Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Internal sales or a relevant role and be well versed in dealing with customers, and upselling.
