Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to source and recruit a Business Development Manager, based in Aberdeen. Our client is a leading organisation within their industry, operating across the oil and gas, renewables, defence, and nuclear sectors. The successful candidate will be joining the business at an exciting time, following a strong year with several high-profile contract wins and significant growth planned for the years ahead.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate and qualify leads, present the company’s solutions and develop strong relationships to progress prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and support the achievement of wider business objectives.
- Contribute to contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms to successfully secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in business development, skilled in generating future pipelines, tendering and demonstrable experience working in at least one of the relevant industries across various regions.
