My client is at the forefront of engineering excellence, and they are recruiting the new position of Manufacturing Engineer Manager. You will be passionate about continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the manufacturing processes, leading a talented team, and working cross-functionally to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and drive operational efficiency and transfer new products into full production.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of Manufacturing & Technical Engineers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies, implementing lean methodologies to reduce scrap, improve lead times, and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless design-for-manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Manage new product introductions, ensuring smooth transition from concept to production readiness.
