The Opportunity

As Head of Production, you will lead all production operations across the manufacturing facility, driving performance, developing people and creating the operational foundations required to support continued growth. For the right individual, there is a clear progression pathway towards Operations Director and potentially broader executive leadership responsibilities as the business continues to expand.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading all day-to-day production operations.
