I’m partnering with a global data and intelligence business with offices in London, New York, and Shanghai. Over the last nine years, they’ve built a strong reputation across the investment community, supporting hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, and VCs through a suite of data platforms and services.
They’re now expanding their product portfolio with the launch of a new SaaS platform focused on data procurement and vendor oversight, designed specifically for buy-side firms. We’re hiring the first dedicated SaaS Sales Director to lead commercial efforts in the UK and EMEA.
You’ll take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for this new platform targeting a mix of warm existing accounts and new prospects across the buy-side. You’ll work closely with product to shape the roadmap, act as the commercial voice of the client, and help refine positioning as the platform scales.
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts across 100+ mapped accounts, from discovery through to close.
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities across hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms.
- Act as the commercial bridge between clients and the product team, ensuring roadmap alignment with buy-side needs.
- Represent the solution and company at key industry events.
Experience in selling procurement, compliance, or vendor management focused SAAS solutions is a bonus.
- Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercial curiosity and confidence to ask tough discovery questions.
- Familiarity with alternative data or market intelligence is a plus.
- Solid CRM hygiene and a structured sales approach (MEDDICC/Challenger/Sandler etc.)
