The Role: Account Manager – UK & Europe
As an Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth delivery, strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities to add value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with technical stakeholders, understands delivery processes, and wants to grow in a client-facing, strategic position. It may also suit someone from a delivery, resourcing, or project background (such as Resource Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Project Coordinator) who is now looking to move into a more commercial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships from onboarding through to ongoing delivery
- Serve as the link between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment and quality
- Identify opportunities for growth within accounts, such as additional hires, services, or technical capabilities
- Lead regular check-ins, client reviews, and performance conversations
- Collaborate with teams across delivery, marketing, and business development
- Stay informed on client goals and market trends to proactively recommend solutions

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, delivery coordination, or client services, ideally within tech or engineering services
