Leeds-based, primarily office-based with flexibility when needed (Full-time only). Engage Partnerships is a fast-growing influencer marketing and talent management agency specialising in health, fitness and wellness creators. In three years, we’ve built a roster of 35+ creators and launched our brand campaign division, delivering influencer strategy and campaigns directly for brands. We’re now entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Senior Influencer & Talent Manager to play a key role in scaling both our talent division and our brand-side offering.

The Role

This is a senior, commercially focused position with clear ownership of creator relationships, revenue generation, and brand partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of creators, drive commercial performance across your roster, and support the delivery of brand-led influencer campaigns. You will also work closely with the Founder to help build and scale our Engage Brands division. This is not a coordination role — we’re looking for someone who thinks commercially, takes ownership, and can manage high-value relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management (Primary Focus)
    • Own and manage a portfolio of creators
    • Develop and execute long-term commercial strategies
    • Proactively source brand partnerships (inbound & outbound)
    • Lead negotiations on fees, deliverables and usage rights
    • Oversee campaign delivery from brief through to reporting
    • Maximise revenue while protecting talent positioning
  • Brand Campaign Support
    • Support delivery of brand-led influencer campaigns
    • Identify and pitch suitable creators for briefs
    • Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables
    • Ensure campaigns meet client expectations
    • Contribute to reporting and performance insights
  • Leadership & Growth
    • Improve internal processes and campaign systems
    • Support and mentor junior team members
    • Contribute to new business conversations
    • Play a role in shaping the agency as it scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing (agency preferred)
  • Proven experience negotiating brand partnerships
  • Experience managing creator relationships directly
  • Strong understanding of commercial structures and campaign delivery
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
  • Opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance
  • Direct exposure to leadership and business strategy
  • Clear progression opportunities as the agency scales

Who This Role Is For

This role is suited to someone who wants ownership, commercial responsibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing agency. You’ll thrive if you’re confident managing multiple moving parts, enjoy building relationships, and want to have a direct impact on both your earnings and the growth of the business.
